Breck’s affordable housing division is led by Andy Garnett, who built a national reputation in this sector having previously founded former company MCI Developments, which was successfully sold to Keepmoat Homes.
Working with our property agent and land partners, we source development sites in areas that our partners operate and have existing affordable housing stock.
Once a suitable development site has been found and terms agreed for its purchase, we quickly apply for the relevant planning permission with the local authority. Once planning is granted a JCT Design and Building contract is signed with our partner for the development of the project.
